More is not always more

April Cannon Nius, APRN-BC, MSN, RN

April’s philosophy when evaluating the aesthetic client: More is not always more. I love taking naturally beautiful Canvas’ and making small corrections that help clients feel and look their best. I understand busy lifestyles after moving down from NYC. I want to help clients simplify their skincare routines and feel gorgeous going make-up free. I am now at a place where I can laser my skin, use a few staple products, but overall, simply use a tinted sunscreen and run out of the door. Small swaps can consist of injecting a small amount of cheek filler to have natural contouring. Instead of a daily concealer, injecting filler to reduce the shadowing and darkness, followed by a little laser to correct fine lines and help maintain nice thick collagen. These are treatments that can take as little as 15 minutes but eliminate steps out of your daily routine.

Dr. Dan Ripley, MD

My mission is to provide the very best healthcare available in a caring and empathetic manner. I believe that there is an art to medicine as well as a science and that warmth, sympathy and understanding may outweigh the surgeon’s knife or the chemist’s drug. Listening to my patients is one of my strongest attributes and an invaluable diagnostic tool. I am also a strong proponent of the prevention of disease through healthy lifestyle choices so that my patients may live happier more active lives!
